I have been coached by Annie since 2018. The day our paths crossed was a true turning point in my life. A real life miracle! At the time I felt incredibly lost and anxious in terms of my training and nutrition. I was constantly injured, mentally drained and I was at a point where I have given up on all my running goals.

Annie has not only changed the way I see the sport, but also how I view myself as runner. She has guided me in every single way – giving me fun but challenging running and strength workouts, teaching me how to fuel and recover like an athlete, and most importantly – how to become emotionally strong and resilient runner. Within the first few months under her wing I ran a 12-minute half marathon personal best. And at the end of 2021 I ran my first ever marathon finishing in a time of 3:06 (nine minutes faster than the time I hoped for!)

Annie is a phenomenal coach because she has an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to running and nutrition, and has a passion for the sport that is contagious. She is an extremely dedicated coach and will go out of her way to find a program/way of training that works with your lifestyle. Before I met Annie I enjoyed running and saw it as a way to stay fit and healthy. Currently I am IN LOVE with running, have not been injured in over two years and feel stronger than ever! Because of Annie I know I am capable of much more than I ever could have dreamed!
